Refund Policy

Effective as of [April 23, 2025]

Thank you for supporting Sounds of Glory Nashville, a nonprofit organization based in Tennessee. We are committed to creating meaningful and enriching events for our community. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any event tickets.

Refund Eligibility

All ticket sales for events hosted by Sounds of Glory Nashville are considered final. However, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made no later than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Refund requests received after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at soundsofglorynashville@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • The event name and date

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation

  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note the following are non-refundable:

  • Donations

  • Service fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms (if applicable)

Cancellations by Sounds of Glory Nashville

In the event that Sounds of Glory Nashville cancels an event, all ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase and offered a full refund or the option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date.
